Coach Jeff Peay

Lived and graduated in Havelock NC, He Is a Retired Marine that has played competitive sports all his life. He has developed the love for the game of softball while watching/coaching his daughter play. "If she was going to play he wanted to make sure she was coached on how to play both physically and mentally." He has been coaching softball since 2004. He has attended three, Softball at the Beach, Coaches Clinics in Myrtle Beach SC (2007, 2008,& 2009). All three years USA Olympic Coach Mike Candrea was a guest Speaker and presenter.  He has coached at multiple age groups to include: the Crystal Coast Thunder HS team 2006 & 2007; Carolina Gators 18u: 2008 & 2009. In 2010 he assisted the NC Dominators Elite, out of Durham NC as the College Coach Liaison, and is currently coaching the 10U Crystal Coast Phantoms (formally the Tidal Wave) 2012 & 2013, He also is an Assistant Coach at Jacksonville HS 2011, 2012 & 2013.
